I love dragonflies. I had honestly never seen one as big as this orange one I came across today. He was as big as my palm! What a beauty. The silvery one was smaller and faster... I had a hard time photographing him. LOL
I am hoping to post some of my more "unique" photos on this site. I am hoping that by doing this I can help visualize, in my own mind, a more definitive direction that I may (or may not) want to take in my photography. Random shots from the weekend
Here are some random shots from our weekend. We went swimming and saw a cool dragonfly, attended a 50th wedding anniversary and just hung out with the kiddos. I'd say it was a good weekend. :)

Delay
Sorry for the delay in posting... Life just gets busy and I don't always have the time to post like I would like. Anyway, here are some pics from our visit to the Botanical Gardens and butterfly exhibit. Who knew there were so many different types of cactus. :) I would have liked to spend more time there, so I am looking to make a return trip in the near future... Anyway hope you like these.
